The types of personal information we collect include name, contact information, identification information, credit information, and information provided by the member in relationship to their daily food and beverage consumption, hours of sleep, activity levels and whatever lifestyle information they may provide to us from time to time.

This information is used to allow the user to track their personal fitness and health information, and to the extent necessary, to allow us to provide customer service, accounting, billing, collections, and to assess and provide daily feedback, scoring and from time to time recommendations to the member.
Wirelessdiet™ may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.
WHO WE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH
Wirelessdiet™ does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy. Wirelessdiet™ may provide personal information to Wirelessdiet™ consultants, subcontractors, payment providers and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Wirelessdiet™ uses disclosed herein.

Individuals may review and change their personal information contained in Wirelessdiet™ files by accessing the "Change Personal Information" feature.

Wirelessdiet™ may amend this policy from time to time. If such amendments affect how Wirelessdiet™ uses or discloses personal information already held by Wirelessdiet™ in a material way, Wirelessdiet™ will obtain consent.
Notwithstanding the general terms of this policy, the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may be made outside of the terms herein to the extent provided for in any applicable privacy or other legislation in effect from time to time.
Wirelessdiet™ may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) the assets of Wirelessdiet™ provided that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
